Who are we ?

Jean-Louis Noisiez Foundation was born from the will of one man, Jean-Louis Noisiez, founder of the multinational company :  Groupe Services France (GSF).

After many years of helping healthcare institutions equip themselves with state-of-the-art medical equipment, he wanted to continue his commitment and created, in 2009, in the heart of Sophia Antipolis, a therapeutic day center for patients suffering from Alzheimer’s disease and related conditions.

Very quickly, the Foundation wanted to encourage research in this field and reached out to the local association “Innovation Alzheimer Affect Autisme.

The IA association aims to promote innovation and research on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of neuropsychiatric disorders in both children and adults. IA is the associative part of CoBTeK (Cognition Behavior Technology), a research team at the University of Côte d’Azur founded from the collaboration between clinicians from the Memory Resource and Research Center of the CHU of Nice and the STARS team from INRIA.

The CoBTeK team and the IA association have been conducting research activities at the Foundation Noisiez for about ten years.

Since 2021, a joint initiative has been launched between the researchers and the Foundation’s professionals to create, on the same site, a center specifically dedicated to caregivers.
